Annette Fettes - Chief Executive
Previously Development Director, Annette now has full responsibility as Chief Executive for the strategy, management and administrative side of the Club, answering to the Trustees. Annette has worked in PR and marketing for high end luxury goods, has run her own garden design business and has now worked in the charity sector for over thirteen years, joining the Club after fundraising for a local Kent Hospice. She holds a diploma in Fundraising from the Institute of Fundraising and feels privileged to now lead the Club, raise awareness of and funds for the amazing work for the over 700 members who depend on it each year. Sarah Nicholls - Youth Club Manager
Previously Deputy Manager Youth Worker, Sarah Nicholls is now responsible for the youth programme and youth workers and reports to Annette. Sarah was an experienced Teaching Assistant who has worked with young people aged 3-19 years in an autism specialist school implementing the national curriculum and promoting physical, emotional and social development. As well as specialising in art, being a mental health first aider and qualified in advanced child protection awareness, in 2018 she achieved the Level 3 Diploma in Youth Work Practice through YMCA George Williams College and is now studying for a degree in Children, Young People and Families –Youth Work, Community Learning and Development and Social Pedagogy. Adrian Phillips - Deputy Club Manager
Adrian Phillips has worked at the Club since he was sixteen, and before that was a member from the age of nine, so he has lots of first-hand experience of what the members of St Andrew's want and need!
Naomi Grossett - Office Manager
Naomi is a current MSc Sustainable Development student at The School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London. Naomi’s passion for gender and youth empowerment, led her to take on the role of Trustee and Project Manager for Youth Link Networks in Uganda, heading their Pretty Box Project which aims to provide schoolgirls with reusable sanitary pads to improve school attendance and hygiene. After leading a number of international projects abroad with ADRA-UK and her work with the Pretty Box Project working in the charity sector full-time was the next step. Naomi has brought her corporate building management experience to St Andrew’s Club to assist with the running of the office and building facilities and hiring. She enjoys being a part of our tight knit team and supporting the impactful work that St Andrew’s Club does on so many young people.
Porsche Thompson-Haughton – Head of Fundraising
Porsche has worked within the charity sector for over 7 years and has worked for a number of charities ranging from NSPCC and Marie Curie to smaller organisations such as Liveability, People Trust of Endangered Species, and more recently Contact where she held the position of Philanthropy Manager. Over the years, Porsche has developed skills in a number of fundraising areas, including; Individual Giving, developing Mid-Value programs, Events and Philanthropy. She holds an MA in International Development Studies and has a strong personal interest in youth development issues.
Stephanie Kadiri - Leader in Charge of Junior Club
Stephanie grew up a stone's throw from the Club, became a member aged 9 then began volunteering aged 15. She achieved her level 2 in youth work whilst working at the Club and is now the the Leader in Charge of Junior Club. Stephanie also works 2 nights a week in Senior Club, helping those young people transition up from Junior Club. She has a love for arts & crafts and cookery.
Lucy Shearer - Fundraising Officer
Lucy Shearer graduated in July 2019 and moved down to London from North Yorkshire! After an internship for an international education charity, Lucy joined St Andrew's Club as part of the fundraising team in January 2020. She is currently studying MSc Anthropology, Environment and Development at UCL so works at the Club part-time. She is making a huge contribution to the Club’s marketing and social media presence and is learning a lot about the vital role St Andrew’s Club plays in the lives of its members.
Callum Male – Fundraising Officer Since graduating university in July 2017, Callum has worked for a number of charities in the UK and in Australia. He has worked in several communication and engagement roles ranging across issues such as modern slavery and youth engagement in social action. He joined the Fundraising Team in March 2021 as a Fundraising Officer and works with Lucy to increase the Club’s social media presence and to help develop fundraising initiatives.
Edson Rabole – Head of Football
Edson is a long-standing member of St Andrew’s Club staff. He was also a Club member from the age of 13 when he joined one of the Club’s football teams. His time playing as part of the teams inspired him to work towards coaching. By the age of 18 he had gained both level 1 and 2 FA coaching badges. Edson's coaching carer has taken him from the Chelsea FC Foundation to Spain, Italy and Portugal and after a successful coaching career at St Andrew’s Club over a variety of age groups he is now taking the helm as Head of Football. His enthusiasm and passion to help young people will take our football programme from strength to strength.
